  • Contact Data: Mobile phone number, email address.
  • Location Data: State, District, and Assembly Constituency information (critical for the Platform's core function).
  • Verification Data: Information required to verify that a user is a unique, real individual and to associate participation with a constituency, based on user declarations and platform-level checks. Voteecal does not independently verify citizenship status.

B. Technical and Usage Data

  • Device information (model, OS version).
  • Usage logs (interaction with polls, posts, and issues).
  • IP address and browser type.

Certain technical data, such as IP address, may be treated as personal data under applicable law and is handled accordingly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We are a civic infrastructure platform, not an ad network. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
