Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 02, 2026

Welcome to Voteecal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voteecal platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Sadyask Technology Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Assam, India.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Nature of the Platform

Voteecal is a civic and political participation platform designed to facilitate verified, constituency-level participation. It is an intermediary platform as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The platform aims to produce structured public signals by verifying user identity and mapping participation to constituencies. It is not a news publisher, a government entity, or a replacement for official legal or electoral processes. Voteecal does not guarantee that any public signal will result in policy action, political response, or decision-making outcomes.

2. Eligibility and Verification

  • Indian Citizens Only: The Services are intended for individuals who are residents of India and eligible to participate in civic processes under Indian law.
  • Verified Identity: To maintain the integrity of constituency-level signals, Voteecal requires users to verify their identity and constituency. Verification may involve a combination of user declarations, document checks, or platform-specific methods, and does not imply government-issued verification unless explicitly stated. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and verification process.
  • One User, One Account: You may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate participation signals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully. In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:

  • Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;
  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
  • Is harmful to children;
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
  • Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
  • Impersonates another person;

  • Contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

4. Participation and Content

Voteecal allows you to post, vote, and interact with civic issues ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Voteecal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to operating, maintaining, and improving the Services and generating aggregated public signals.
